All these systems are integrated with engine management to assure a safe and controlled top should an emergency condition occur and a panic stop is required. When there is any fault with an electrical component in the brake system, ABS and traction control is disabled until the electrical fault is repaired.
Our automotive brake inspections begin with a test drive if possible to experience any brake performance issues. Next, a full brake system inspection from the master cylinder, its fluid level and condition to the brake lines, rotors, pads, shoes and pulling any brake codes using a scan tool. Brake pads and shoes are checked along with the rotors and drums. A detailed list of recommendations to properly service and repair your brakes including parts and labor is then produced.
